The squats felt fine until I had a little scare at the bottom of the 3rd rep (the kind of scare that has you running to the WC , not the doctor). It all checked out ok but by the time I got back my hammy was feeling a little stiff, so I didn’t try to make up for the interrupted set.
All in all I think the rehab is going well, but I’m still going slow.
