    Tomorrow morning it’s off on planes trains and automobiles (actually, probably busses/vans instead of trains). Shuttle to DIA, plane to SLC, shuttle to Idaho Falls, car to Shelly to visit family on my wife’s side. She’s already been out there for over a week helping her older sister ... she’s a nurse and busted her arm. We will drive back after Christmas.

    It just so happened that my outfit sent me a couple of N95 masks so I figure I’ll wear one when I’m riding or flying with the other germ bags.

    Long break = easy start up.

    My Dr. (ok really a PA) is in a tizzy over creatinine levels so I took a break from supplements. That didn’t do the trick so I extended my planned Christmas break and got tested again today... no supplements or workouts from the week before Christmas til today after a retest.

    This is the last time I doing that unless there is some damn good reason.
