Shorter rest intervals for the last 3 sets due to incoming thunder storm...
I decided I can either do pull ups 2x per week, or dead lifts 2x per week but not both ... so I will alternate which lift gets 2 days. Eventually I will make the 2nd set of pull ups weighted. I’m planning on the second dead lift set to be a heavy-ish single, though not always a (recent) PR.
