Finished A3 with those deadlifts, started AR (A Recovery, formerly A4) with bench press.
Bad cycle for presses, hopefully things are healing up.
Last Saturday after my workout I went and did some painting and cleaning, had a bit of an electrolyte crash ... cramps, knee pain, etc. I’ve been on the bananas, coconut water, and electrolyte drinks since then and I’m feeling a lot better.

I should start calling the first workout of the B cycle “Rib Day”, it hurts to breathe! I’m sure if I did more sensible (and just more) workouts during my recovery week it would not be so noticeable.
