    Deadlifts

    Conditioning
    Shot a basketball around for 10 minutes.
    36 minutes on the recumbent bike including 5 2 minute intervals with peak hr between 160 - 165

    Food
    Pre: 12 oz milk, coffee
    Post: 12 oz chocolate milk, repeat after conditioning
    Breakfast: 3 eggs, 2 strips bacon, veggies
    5 squares of dark chocolate and some popcorn at the movies (Super 8)
    Snack: salmon patty (16 g protein)
    Dinner: nachos with ground beef, chips, sour cream, guaco, salsa

    I haven't dipped in quite a while. I'm going to try them since my shoulders feel pretty good and I need something to help drive up the presses.

    Food
    Breakfast: 3 egg omelette with crab meat, bloody Mary, 1/2 muffin, oj, potatoes, 12oz milk, coffee
    Snack: nuts, some crackers and cheese
    Dinner: 6oz steak, veggies, stuffed peppers, glass of wine, some dark chocolate

    Wayno, I've been inspired by your food log. This morning I had about 3/4 lb of grass fed beef browned with some spices, 3 poached eggs on top, drizzled with olive oil and a great big grind of black pepper plus about a quart of whole moo juice. Awesomeness ensued.

    And, for tonight, the spouse and chilrens decided it is Thanksgiving (Thanks be to Dad, eh?) and there is a big turkey type beast roasting and pies a baking and veggies and all kinds of New Glarus beers. I am not worthy but I'm sure going to pig out

    Uhmmm...I've got spinach and ricotta tortellini with walnut sauce. Delicious, but I like your family's ideas better. Or Wayno's, for that matter.

    Well, it's good that none of us dads went hungry yesterday.

    Monday (184.5)
    Conditioning
    1hr on the treadmill including 54 minutes with hr between 140-150, 2000+ vertical feet gained (well, not really because it was a treadmill)

    Food
    Breakfast: 3 eggs, 3 strips bacon, broccoli, 12oz whole milk, coffee
    Lunch: 6oz steak, leafy green salad, lots of olive oil
    Snack: handful of mixed nuts
    Post: 12oz whole chocolate milk
    Dinner: Roasted Chicken, leg, wing, white meat, green beans, some dk chocolate covered almonds

    Tuesday (183.5)

    Did 6 25 yard lengths underwater. I didn't complete a whole length on 1 breath.

    Food
    Breakfast: 2 eggs, 5 oz ground beef, 12oz whole milk
    Lunch: chicken, 1 leg, 1 wing, bunch of white meat + olive oil, large leafy green salad with olive oil, 1/2 cup blueberries
    Dinner: Stir fry steak + veggies + some rice

    Wednesday (183) (BP evening 102/77)
    Squats
    5x2x285 5 sets on a three minute clock
    Power Cleans
    12x1x145 on a two minute clock
    Conditioning
    28 minutes on the treadmill with 8 1 minute intervals at a 5% grade at 6.5 mph. Peak hr between 160 and 168.

    That's about 6lbs lost since May 31, about three weeks. I'm seriously in doubt about attempting the scheduled squats at 3x5x285 tonight. I'll let the warmups be my guide.

    Food
    Breakfast: 8oz ground beef with olive oil, 3 lg eggs, broccoli, 1/2 cup blueberries, 24oz whole milk, coffee (100g protein)
    Lunch: Pei Wei Kung Pao Chicken with extra veggies and rice (30g protein)
    Snack: 2 tbls almond butter
    Pre: 12 oz chocolate milk (12g)
    Post: 12 oz chocolate milk (12g)
    Dinner: Carne Asada with veggies and rice, 8 oz milk (64g), 1 square dark chocolate

    Chins
    5x6xBW on a two minute clock, last break was 4 minutes

    Time to micro load the bench.

    I did some easy swimming. 8 25 yd lengths, 4 mostly underwater.

    Food
    Breakfast: 3 eggs, 3 strips bacon, 1/2 cup blue berries, 20oz whole milk, coffee.
    Lunch: KFC, chicken breast, leg, coleslaw, a bit of mashed potatoes.
    Snack: 2 tbls almond butter
    Recovery: 12oz chocolate milk, handful of nuts
    Dinner: nachos with chips, chili, taco meat, cheese, sour cream, salsa
    3 squares dark chocolate

    Friday (184)

    I had some kind of attack in the middle of the night...stomach is still not 100%. That got me off to a late start this morning. I managed to down 5 eggs at work so I'm not doing too bad.

    Food
    Breakfast: 12oz whole milk, I've got 5 hard boiled eggs here at my desk I need to start working on (late start) + a cappuccino + 1/2 cup blueberries.
