    PRs, yea!

    Worked on cleaning up the garage, had to move plates and bars around multiple times, among other things. Did not like.
    I think I'm continuing to have breakthroughs on power cleans.

    For warm ups I just punched and kicked my heavy bag which I rehung over the weekend. Skipped front Squats since recovery is behind schedule.

    I'm glad tonight is a recovery workout.

    Goals for tomorrow:
    Snatches: try some reps at 122.5
    Squat: I think I'll try 2x3x260
    Press: 5x1x155
    Dead lift: 5x345 (need to pick up some plates today)
    Pull-ups: single heavy weighted set, maybe BW+50 to failure.

    No good, failed a few attempts at a 172.5 PR, then did a couple of lighter singles which were not good either.
    Pull-Ups
    2x11xBW+20 (wanted 12's)

    Should have had a pound of steak last night instead of 1.5 cans of tuna.

    So after this I drank about 28 ounces of my shake, then went and shared a 28 oz Porterhouse with my wife of which she probably took less than 8 ounces.

    Good Lord man, these PR's are starting to become tiresome to the rest of we mere mortals.

    Don't you think you should stand by Obama and share the wealth? Do you really think 4 new PR's for you in 3 days and none for me is fair?
