I want to figure out how to make progress on pull-ups. I guess I have been adding to my heavy set of 5 on Wednesdays so that is something. I was hoping that heavy set would drive these sets up a bit. If I get to 12's I can add 2.5 lbs and start back at 9's. Went backward this week.

In case you can't tell from the video, each side of the bar is loaded with 2x45,2x25,1x10,1x5,1x2.5 plates.
Built some blocks so I can use my metal saw horses as safties when I bench (or squat). The bar still hits my chest but would only smash me a little.
