    I want to figure out how to make progress on pull-ups. I guess I have been adding to my heavy set of 5 on Wednesdays so that is something. I was hoping that heavy set would drive these sets up a bit. If I get to 12's I can add 2.5 lbs and start back at 9's. Went backward this week.

    Had limited time so I did fewer sets. I should split this workout.

    Goals: Snatch 5x2x130, Squats 5x1x305, Bench 5x1x242.5, Deads 5x360, Pull-Ups 5xBW+60

    In case you can't tell from the video, each side of the bar is loaded with 2x45,2x25,1x10,1x5,1x2.5 plates.

    Built some blocks so I can use my metal saw horses as safties when I bench (or squat). The bar still hits my chest but would only smash me a little.
