Conditioning
I went down to the Y and goofed off on the bike, rower and treadmill. Ended up with a pretty good 20 minutes on the treadmill with my heart rate as high as 148.
Then I went to the weight room and did some dumbbell curlz just so I could hang out and see if anyone was doing any SBS for laughs. I realized I miss that in my garage.
Later that same day: did some lazy swimming.

Conditioning
Hiking, about 1 hour and 10 minutes with one nice hill to climb and a couple of "sits".
Only 4.5 lbs left to lose.
I'm hoping for the Sun to bust through the clouds... Either way I'll probably go for a short hike today.

I'm not sure how, after sitting around and watching movies and eating peanut butter fudge, ham, margheritas and other holiday fixings, I came in lighter by a pound and a half.
Tonight it may be tempting to go use the crooked bars at the YMCA. I swear those things aren't safe at heavy weights, though. Then again, I might just crank the heaters up in the garage.

Spent about two hours in the hot springs near Mt Princeton... I'll likely be back.
It's about to the point where you float around with ice in your beard (or just in the hair in my case).
