I have to help somebody move tomorrow so I got this done today, I still owe some overhead presses, I will try to get them in if possible.
Saturday and Sunday
Conditioning
Saturday was spent loading up a truck and moving stuff to an upstairs room, involved things like sprinting up the stairs with a heavy bag (full of H2O).
Sunday was loading and unloading a smaller load... driving a 26’ truck 60 miles north in the snow. The truck was a massive over kill but was all the rental place had.
This will have to count as conditioning.

Dead Lifts felt strong but something didn’t feel right in my lower lat so I figured I’d live to see another day.
Snatches have been feeling pretty quick, I caught those last singles without too much trouble.
