    Conditioning
    1 minute intervals @ 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 mph
    6 minutes @ 5 mph

    I also had a bit of residual moving stuff to do today. I had no clear idea of what I wanted to do today at the gym and started warming up with 1 minute intervals, then just kept going. I did the 6 minute interval because I have to increase my endurance, which sucks.

    Not too challenging, I am going to get an interval timer and shorten the rest time over the next few workouts, see how short I can get them.

    So, how do you count your score against Coronavirus? Obviously if you get it and die from it that’s game, but what about the other ways it gets in your head and scores?
