    Depending on how everything goes this will be either 1 of 1 or 1 of 2 ramp weeks. I might be out of town a bit over the weekend so that might be the deciding factor.

    Starting weights for new cycle:
    Squats: 225
    Press: 95
    Dead Lifts: 320
    Bench: 170

    All weights are +5 from the last cycle except overhead presses. I’m going to take a big reset and try to sneak back up on those without shoulder pain.

    I had two teeth prepared for crowns last Thursday, it feels like I might have some kind of mild infection, pressure in the sinuses. The teeth they prepped are also complaining a bit... head feels messed up.

    But I managed these dead lifts.

    I had to cut this workout short because of time, and my shoulder didn’t feel up to benching, tried with just the bar and didn’t feel like pushing it.
