Treadmill Incline Sprints
5x20 seconds at a 10 degree incline and 9mph on a two minute clock.
I was feeling some significant lactic acid (or whatever) build up by the 5th rep. I should work this scheme up to 8 reps. I tested my heart rate recovery at 2 minutes after the last rep, 170 to 150.
