Hi DV, thanks for stopping by! Chins throughout is the way to go. It saves a bunch of time. I got the idea from Wendler, I think from his Q&A on the EFS site.
I was pretty beat up with my gimpy adductor, so on Friday I just did pullups (100 total) and some streching.

Tuesday 5/15/12
Bench press:
205x5,5,7
Getting pretty heavy (for me). I need to bring in my fractional plates (big washers) before I stall.
Chin ladder (between bench press sets)
1-4x5 = 50 total
Squats
235x5,5,8
I left a couple in the tank after last weeks DOMS debacle. I think still have a couple more 10 pounds jumps in me.

Wednesday 5/16/12
Conditioning
21-15-9 reps of:
Pushups
DB clusters (clean+thruster) 25# DB
Mountain climbers
did this in about 6 and half minutes. I was completely gassed by the end.

Looking good. I also picked up the chinning between bench/press sets up from Wendler. It works well, not interfering much, if at all with the lifts, and making my joints feel better.
That's a decent conditioning workout there, might steal that idea, once I figure out what "mountain climbers" are.
