345x5 Need to get a pair of 45's as I only have about 370 lbs of weight counting the bar.

Analyzing how my training went today I noticed that it was easy even though it felt heavy. The Texas method did help me become more tougher mentally and stronger physically. Plus it was a nice 3 week break of constantly squatting for new PRs but now I'm back into what I started: being a beast at linear progression.

Good shout, if only more people thought like you on this board especially all the other people who do the texas method who are really intermediates. Hell even if you even do one months worth of ss, you've gone twice as quick.

    Good luck!

Thanks Beast. I'm really motivated to get back at it and make some real strength gains. I'll definitely do it since I'm putting all the resources i have to my training.

275x5x3 hard as fuck. may be moving the deads to friday. But I'm astonished that i was able to complete the reps as i was planning to do a light day instead and follow more of an advance novice plan. I guess I still have more room for the standard SS template.

As I'm back into linear progression I've been eat it quite a lot in order to support progress. My chin up numbers had been affected but my bodyweight has increased.

Skipping todays training. I did not get any sleep last night, something happened to my right arm last training day on squats and today when i tried doing squats with the bar i get some pretty painful feeling on my hand. Will be training tomorrow and continue it as if it were a normal week of training.

150x5 loaded this by accident and felt easy. I was impressed until i notice ,y mistake.
160x5x3 tried 160 and only got three reps.. 155x5x3 last time was pretty damn hard specially in the last two reps. Ill start 2.5 jumps from now on.
150x5x2 adding the set i did before 160 should make it three sets. 152.5 next time..
