    The primary driver for the switch was my knees feeling worse each week. I probably should have given the BBB squat day more time to work but combined with backsliding strength it seemed like time for a change. I don't want to be one of those guys who hits intermediate and switches programs once a month. I'll stick with TM for 6 months minimum.

    Missed Friday's Intensity session, and Didn't do Mondays Volume day until today. Will get back on track doing recovery as normal tomorrow.

    My right knee has been stiff and sore for the last two workouts. I brought my feet a bit closer together on my third set and everything felt a lot easier and more comfortable. I think it's probably time to figure out a video set up and post for criticism. Ran out of time after squats, may try and get the rest of the session in tonight.

    Little dissapointed with these, planned on doing 6,5,5. Likely culprits were the Db rows yesterday and that haven't done them since 12/8.
