General impression: It was hard training. Hard.
Box Squat (a little above parallel, maybe a couple of inches)
455x2x2 (with suit, straps down)
365x2 (wraps only)
385x2 (wraps only)
I'm not writing down some of the warmups, those are the top sets for the squat with the suit. Now I know why powerlifters are infertile. It's not because of steroid use, it's because the fucking squat suit mashes up your testicles. I did end up putting the straps up but my right nut started burning so I had to take the straps down. I was fairly drained by the time I did my set with just the wraps, I could probably have done 385x5 if it weren't for the suited squats.
Bench 255x3
I should have been able to do more, but my elbows were kinda sore from squatting.
Deadlift 385x3
After all the squatting and two weeks without deadlifting, I'm quite happy with this.
Random arm stuff, triceps pushdowns and curls.

Yeah, looking at those numbers I really fell like a completely novice. Lifting in a commercial gym where most of the guys are more concerned about the spinning class, I over estimate how strong I really am. Damn, whenever I make a trip to Rio we'll meet for a workout!!
