I'm currently trying to cut weight. I'm eating enough to recover and the right foods to do so still, just cut out alot of milk and junk. I think I can still get some decent strength gains while I do some silly bullshit for a month, I am already over 200lbs @ 5'10. My ass could use some shrinkin'. I do want to be the hulk though, I'm just cutting some weight so my weight-strength ratio is a little better, and YES because I'm a faggot who's a little tired of rolls all his life. Again, not looking for abs, just a tighter stomach and smaller ass. Not gonna crash diet again, that fucked up everything.

Bench - 190 for a triple (spotter helped last rep), 200 for a single (all me), 190 for a double (all me)
someone was on the rack so yeah. WOW, destroyed these, usually my arms wobble under heavy bench but not today!
Squat - 290 for a triple, 260 for a triple
been biking to and from school the past few days (pure hills), so not too bummed about not getting my 1x5
Deads - 320 for 2 triples, hook grip
hooray for the hook grip! found a better place to clench my thumb so it doesn't crack. went from 5x1 to 2x3, pretty good improvement
All this AND I lost 8 lbs of bodyweight (checked before and after workout)! That means I hit the almighty bodyweight bench! Im seriously stoked now, I'm gaining strength and recovering and losing weight at a good pace, although I expect alot of what I lost was water as I don't get to sweatin' much. Still, FUCK YEAH FRIDAY!

I didn't even bother with these after that, I've been biking everywhere and lost 12 lbs in a little over a week so I'll do one medium squat session on tuesday this week.

these were tough but more due to the form than anything. didn't do 8x3 cause last week when I did that I was SOREEEE.

thought I was doing 3x5 the first time around, so I was missing a good amount of reps and came back to this bitchh
that was it for today. that was a pretty shitty session, but at least I got all my reps for the press and power clean in. decided to call it a day after the presses cause i was starving.

some reps just didn't go well and the push didn't clear my head, working on form but overall much better than last attempt

i guess all the weight loss was water that came back a bit. oh well, that means i've lost at least 5-6lbs of fat. legs are alot less fat and I still feel strong overall.

pumped from getting a plate over my head with a strict press. was suspended for the day due to swearing in a public tennis court (lol), so I went about an hour after getting up.
