What a fucking hot day.
Front squat - 3x3 @ 70
Bench - 3x5 @ 80
Yes I did bench more than I squatted... I've just started doing front squats so I'm easing into them. I don't want to make myself all sore when it comes to intensity day. I'll go up in 5-10Kg steps till I get to 90-100Kg for sets I guess.
