    Squats 310x3x5..wasnt easy but nothing like last time
    Bench 230x3x5
    Cleans...fucking my back is so tired from mondays deads I cant even do it well not with the weight I worked up to...just gonna have to bite the bullet for now and take some off

    Friday September 2nd

    Squats 315x3x5...went great not particularly easy but I got them without too much trouble
    Press 172.5x1x5..easy did a dropset of 8 at 135 right after
    Deads..couldnt budge 400 lbs monday really fucked me up that or It's really just time for texasmethod on it
    Dips 62.5lbs+BWx3x5..last rep fucking hard
    Pull ups ....oh didnt do them today because since it was my last time in this gym and I think the gym owner is a faggot..I took his dip belt; put it in my bag and walked out

    Monday September 12th

    squats 320x2x3...
    bench 230x3x5,2x2
    cleans 205x2x3,2x2
    no chin ups

    After my week off , this must have been the most shitty workout ever..I really really fucking tried to be productive but I just couldn't my sleep schedual is all fucked up..I went into the gym feeling extremely tired and hungry I was up for close to 20 hours straight only had like a 3 hour nap so I blame it on that...the shit didn't feel heavy, I just felt dead and im pissed because now I fucked up my texasmethod for the week on bench so its like fuck
    My colleges gym is garbage its lots and lots of machine 1 shitty rack no matching plates the only I liked about it was that they had york barbells and I absolutely loved them for cleans (when I had the energy to perform them) they just spin so nicely its such a difference compared to the ones in my last gym that didn't....I'm still not going to be able to lift there...just not enough room and they lack some stuff dip bar/ pull up bar, matching plates (everything felt uneven) and honestly if I were to to try to deadlift id probably take up almost all the 45 plates

    Squats 320x2x5...320x1x3...I didn't eat enough before class and I was shaking when I stepped up to the bar
    Press 160x3x5...kinda hard b/c of lack of food
    Curls n Calves

    yeah I already signed up at other gym....lots of people 1 rack but no place to do my shrugs sucks...

    starting strength coach development program
    I suppose I should update my log....I'm taking a break and doing some dieting....from once being 330lbs going to a skinny fat 200 and now a thick 225ish I still hold fat in unpleasant areas (lower chest & and stomach) not so noticeable with cloths but its time..so I'm doing some rounds of rfl up till thanksgiving and maybe even some after that depending on how I look.

    Two workouts look like this

    A
    Squats 2x5
    Press 2x5

    B
    Deads 1x5
    Bench 2x5
    Chins 2xfailure (I can only get like 7 max and thats with good eating)
