Close to my max on power clean. Had to take 30 sec to a min between reps after the first set, so did a bunch of singles. I'm going to keep the linear progression until I can't get at least 5 singles. Deads are still moving up. I swear I'm eating more, but every time I gain a couple pounds they come right back off.

A buddy was hanging around and offered to spot my bench - I knew what would happen, but didn't want to offend. He grabbed the bar on rep 8, then told me it was all me. This is why I never use a spotter.

Need a more vertical bar path on cleans. Starting the bar too close to my shin and then swinging out a little. Deads were great.

Squat - 280 5,5,7
Moved over the weekend so skipped a workout and combined bench and squat without assistance. Benching and squatting on the same day after a weekend of hauling boxes was a grind, but the lifts are still moving up.

First fail of the new program. The move, sleep deprivation, bad eating, and general burn-out caught up to me. I knew today was going to suck. Will regroup and give 145 another go next week.

Squat - 285 5,5,6
Missed Saturday squat due to moving and unpacking stuff, so combined the squat and bench. Finally found the scale, and seem to have maintained bodyweight during the move. Squats were HARD.

The only way I can rack the cleans now is if all I think about is getting down under the bar as fast as possible. If I focus on pulling high it doesn't work. Last couple reps of deads were a grind.
