Press didn't get any better - may have something to do with slacking off on frequency method dumbell presses during the week. Forgot my microplates for bench, so jumped from 230 to 235. I should be able to hit 237.5 next time - 240 is a question mark.

Missed 3 cleans after hitting the first 3. Hoping to get past my old PR of 215 this cycle, but it will be close. My lower back felt unstable after the 6th rep of deads, so I stopped. A little disappointing, but not sure if it's just some one-time stiffness or if it's a strength issue. Will see how next week goes.
