Deadlift 100x10x3
Dropped a set or 2 on the deadlifts as starting week 2 a day earlier. They were good and fast though. Finding the 3x5 weeks the hardest I think.

Press 47.5x3, 55x3, 62.5x3. Really struggling with technique. Going to stop using dumbells and switch back to the bar on assistance press to work on it.
Kroc row 42.5x 15/12/8 ish
Bench 60x8x6 (found sets of 8 worked better)
Curls 25x10x3

Squat 110x10x3
Deadlift 137.5x3, 157.5x3, 177.5x3
Had a niggle in my lower back that happened in between (?) sets of rows yesterday so squatted first to make sure I was fully warmed up. Must have thrown off the technique as my back was fried by the end of them but managed the deadlift ok just didn't amrap. Tried the belt a notch looser which didn't work as well.
