Deadlift 172.5x5, 197.5x3, 220f. A bit surprised at this but I have noticed recently that when doing 5's and 3's the first rep is often the worst. Think I'm a bit too far over the bar and then sort it for the remaining reps.

Power Jerks (I believe) worked up to 80kg then 82.5 was a push press. Just wanted to try holding a heavier weight overhead

Bench 80x5, 92.5x5, 105x3. Bar came forward on the 4th rep and missed it. Wouldn't have got 5 anyway
Press 57.5x 6/6/3. The intention was to do 6x4

Bad session. Think I should have taken a deload week after missing the deads last week. I've also aggravated my left shoulder after jerks last week. Going to take a deload next week then reset bench and press 10% then start a new cycle. My neck and between shoulder blades hurts as well now which I did when pressing, I think I adapted technique to work around the shoulder.
