Deadlift up to 190x1. No pain for a day or 2 so was going to stop at 180 but that flew up so went for 190 but felt the hip go again. Bastard

Sumo deadlift upto 160x1. Just trying this out to see if it aggravated the hip - no issues but really need to work technique
