    Thanks. Yeah all kgs. I did annotate lbs for a while for our cousins across the pond. No programming at the moment just doing what I feel like then will hit it hard again in the new year

    Press 70x3x6 (actually last 2 sets were done as one as a very friendly fella was talking to me for about 15 mins after the 4th set)
    70kg is too light I think so will use 72.5 for volume
