    Kettlebell swings 40kg 20:100sec x5. Using better technique, hip hinge rather than squat.

    DL's were brutal. I tried GHR's for the first time on Monday as it's a new machine in the gym. Couldn't do one! But it totally fried my hammys and lower back for today. Also the weight was lobsided on the DL's as the weights are a bit off. It normally seems to work itself out but I must have had all the lighter plates on one side and the heavier on the other.
