Cheers. Not done a 1rm for about 8 months. Then I got 90, pp 95 and jerked 100 (a lift I never do but wanted to get 100kg, 2 plates, overhead). So now 8 months later.....it's probably still 90! Didn't press for 2 months whilst I had a torn quad and it's not really been a focus since tbh.
