    Squat 235x1 (518lbs) PR @ 91kg/201lbs
    Bench 110x2x6

    Bit surprised with the squat PR. Was scheduled to do 220, thought I'd have 225, but 220 was really quick. Maybe had 240 today but deadlifting in 2 days and my deadlift is normally 15kg ahead of my squat so kept a bit in the tank and might pull 250.

    Dodloft 250x1 (551lbs) PR. Couldn't have done much more
    Inc DB press - some. Left arm from shoulder to thumb has been weird last few weeks (went numb for an hour or so the other day) so just trying to get it loose and less painful.

    This cycle has gone really well. I was very conservative with squat and deadlift weights coming off the torn quad and PB'd 15kg above scheduled weights.

    DB rows 50x10. Just finding the weight, think I'll do sets at 40

    Squat 175x2x6
    Bench 110x5x4, 112.5x4 with wraps
    Prowler+55 25mx7 on 2min

    Last set of 110 on bench could have got 2 more reps so thought I'd try a bit more weight with wraps. Reps were all over the place (I can't touch my chest as low with the wraps, at least not without a warm up), no spotter so played it safe and finished at 4.
