Hang snatches up to 60x2x3. These felt great, really good on my shoulder and elbow, much better than cleans

Squat 172.5x4x6 (6 on last set @8.5). Bit of pain under right knee-cap. Wasn't getting my knees out effectively
Bench 105x2x6 (7 on last set @8.5)

Just thought, didn't use my knee sleeves last time I squatted (which was the plan), maybe I tweaked something or messed up the mechanics a bit. I'll pay attention to it.
