    Squat 160x2x6. Trying out the mark bell reebok crossfit shoes, felt good
    Bench 110x5. Tweaked something in my right elbow, feel it about an inch from lockout

    Stripped the weight and tried to work back up but wasn't happening. Feels ok to press the bar only. Will load up with ibuprofen and ice today and hopefully try tomorrow
