Squat 220x2x2@9 maybe. Technique and bar speed was ok, it just felt HEAVY. 99% sure I could have done one more rep, just wouldn't have wanted to!

Used TPB for the first time. Bit tricky using a bar with decent spin, flicked back in my hand a few times

Used the TPB again and what a difference on deadlifts. Actually had 247.5 on the bar but I'm sure I had two of the lighter 25kg plates that weigh about 23.5.

Some good lifting in the gym today. 270x1 squat in single ply and 200x3 bench using a black slingshot (not sure how much that gives you)

Well that went well! Changed a few things in the last 2 months that I think contributed to a 22.5kg PR, listed in order of effect (I think)
Ramped sets, only 10kg per set, about 4%
Changed set-up getting tight at the top, bending at the knees to grasp the bar and driving hips in to set the back, engaging lats, belt a little higher.
Using TPB
Flat shoes

Press 65x15 in 6min
Going to bench 3 times a week up to a daily max then do sets at -10%. Approx 5, 10, 15 reps if I feel shit, ok, good.
Press will be density blocks of 15 reps in 6mins.
