    Deadlift with tpb 250x1, 260f
    Press 72.5x2/2/2/3/3/3/3 forgot I was doing triples
    Pull-ups 3x6
    Tris & curls

    Saturdays squat was still effecting me today and screwed up my deadlift. Also I'm a bit fat at the moment and better without the belt than with, maybe a 3" is needed.
