Intensity.
Squat 160kg (352lb) 3reps, single 170kg (374lb). Wanted to repeat these reps from a few weeks ago to make sure I wasn't cheating on depth. All good and had 1 extra rep in me at each weight.
Press 62.5kg (137lb) 2x1. Tried for 2 reps on the first set which was too much. Failed on the 3rd set. Will go back to 57.5kg for 5 reps.
Deadlift 170kg (374lb) 5x1 on the minute. First time on this rep scheme. Felt good to really focus on 1 rep at a time rather than stringing a series of reps together.

C&J worked upto 2 reps 70kg.
Front squat 2x5 80kg.
Press 2x5 45kg.
Hang leg raises 3x10.

Squat 162.5kg (357lb) 3x1, single 172.5kg (379lb).
Bench 97.5kg (137lb) 3x1.
Deadlift 172.5kg (379lb) 4x1 on the minute. Failed on the 4th rep so the 5th attempt was the 4th completed rep. This was due to switching mix grip between reps. Need to use weaker right hand supinated for 2 reps then stronger left hand supinated for remaining 3.

Bench 87.5kg (192lb) 5,5,5,4,4 + 2 missed reps. Note to self, don't do bench before squats. Whatever extra I had when benching was exponentially lost in the squat.

Press 3x5 52.5kg (115lb).
Row DE 3x10 60kg (132lb).
Hang leg raises 3x10.

Intensity.
Squat 167.5kg (368lb) 2reps, single 177.5kg (390lb). Knew I'd struggle today when I almost got buried under a 100kg warm-up. Repeat weights next week for 3+1.
Bench 100kg (220lb) 2reps, single 105kg (231lb).
Deadlift 175kg (385lb) 4x1 on the minute. Failed the 5th. Might drop to 3x1 on this as I'm doing 5 reps at about 95% RM which is too much.
