    Not trained for 12 days and enjoyed Christmas (had to let the belt out a notch!). Changing my programming a bit and going to do something similar to Layne Nortons power/hypertrophy routine. This is 2 consecutive days of strength training split upper/lower, day off, then 3 consecutive days of a hypertrophy split, back and shoulders/legs/chest and arms, day off, repeat.
    Not fully decided on how I'm going to lay this out but want to incorporate rows. One of the really good things is that you do speed work on your hypertrophy days of the strength/power lifts and I think I'm strong enough to make use of this now.
    So todays training
    PC 77.5x3x5
    Squat 150x5x3
    SLDL 110x8x2

    Easing back into it, although it was a bit challenging.

    Speed Deadlifts 120x1x15 on 30sec. These weren't that fast but they got faster.
