    Back feels fantastic. Squats felt good and only had a 30 sec rest between sets. Bench was a little tougher than it should have been for the last 2 reps as I could feel a giant fart coming on and with girls on either side of me, didn't take/hold as big a breath for reps 4 and 5. Although with as much perfume as they were wearing, I think the audible part would have been the only thing they noticed...good times. Chin ups felt amazing and left my upper body feeling massive. I could have gotten 10 but I was going so quick that I started swaying back and forth and reset from a dead stop around 6 or 7.

    Weight went up 25lbs but felt lighter than last time. Miscounted my pull ups so banged out 4 more wide grips when I got home to make up for it.

    Thanks Oldster. Bench is feeling very strong and intensity day bench with a normal grip seems much easier with the CGBP on volume day.

    Felt amazing today. Made a 15lb increase for squats and 10lb increase for deads bc of how strong I felt during warm ups. Bench was a grind on the last rep, goal is to make it to 230x5. Back is giving me no issues save for extended periods of sitting at work and when waking up but even then it's very minor. I'll be spending top dollar on a new mattress when I move at the end of Sept to replace to 12 year old matress I have now.

    Wow, those were some smooth and fine looking squat reps, Scott! Looks like you had plenty of strength to spare.

    Thanks Oldster, I was pretty proud of the form there even with the weight being so light.

    Pull Ups
    8(PR), 7,4,4,4,4,2 = 33 total reps

    So f'ng hot today. Jumped up 20lbs on the squat so I wouldn't have to change out so many 45's with Norman's sets at 425. Moved my grip on the bench out a bit halfway through because I was so exhausted. Pull ups fell off a cliff after set 2 and my hands were so sweaty I could barely get a grip.

    Back in the gym today after my schedule got f'd up last week with some 16 and 11 hr shifts. My sleep and calorie intake was awful and it showed today. My legs felt like jello after squats. Gonna finish off the chin ups at home today and get a total of 35.

    My limbs felt a bit shaky today. Didn't sleep all that great. No spotter for the bench so I didn't take the chance of missing that 5th rep.
