    The prospect of my log disappearing behind a paywall should be enough to make me transfer all my log data to an excel sheet, but it hasn't worked yet. I have paper copies, but it's easier to do it with the online log.

    I took advantage of Andy's half off deal he ran for a couple days and bought a custom program. The only bad part is that now if I screw up it's totally my fault and I can't blame lack of improvement on lousy programming.

    False. There is ALWAYS someone else to blame for lack of progress. Program, kids, job, health. It's never our fault.

    My back tightened up pretty bad on the second warm up set for DL. I was still able to lift, but it was more miserable than it should have been.
