    Oh, well then you could do a Super 60 from 315. I want to run one from 405 but my back isn't ready right now.

    just go nonstop. something like this:

    315x8, 275x10, 225x12, 185x14, 135x16.

    Thats an easier run.

    Not at all. It will only blow up your lungs. The load isn't hard to recover from. That's basically doing more reps on your warm up weights in reverse. Its the strength endurance that kills your entire spirit for an hour or two.
