at TF TM volume day
BP 312x5x2, 302x5x3 tried a little more than the planned 300 as i was not planning on doing much squat work
SQ nothing, will take the week off squats to let my ribcage heal
DL 370x2 wasn't much or many but it's been a little while for any significant deadlifting so i was happy to get it, again the straps did all the grip work on the work reps

SQ failed a 2 tries at 410, then did 370x2
DL failed at 2 tries at 410 then did 370x1

BR 312x5x5 had a spotter who probably helped a bit
SQ 355x3x5 no spotter this week, had a cold too but those third reps were very slow.
PC 120 3x5 this weight feels better, seem to do the exercise better
