SQ just did some warmups and pulled muscle started smartin so i stopped

OHP 3x5 (4 + 1 on 3rd set) @180 was running low on time and not getting sets of 5 anymore anyway so moved on to...
SQ warm ups to 1 rep 180

felt tired and sore before workout decided to puss out of more deadlifts and callled it

SQ warmed up to a single at 270, felt no pain in thigh - did reps at first in socked feet then heavier reps in soft thick soled shoes

DL 310 1 - low on time so called it here.
did not feel bad to day, with more time i woulda done more DLs and maybe even a slightly heavier SQ. Felt no pain in thigh even using my WL shoes. Previous workout I did not use them and I had been wondering their use contributed to the thigh pull.

did a few upright rows on the machine for first time in ages, i was weaker than before. of course I'm weaker in everything these days, haven't yet gotten back to where I was before my belt got stolen.
