    SH 3x5@330 ( passed out after first set, fell back toward a bench and banged my elbow - in my stupor exclaimed FUDGE or something like that and some young guys nearby asked "Are you ok sir?" I seem to remember saying yes but they re-asked and I think I responded Yes again while my body sitting half up or so and wobbled about for a few seconds. After a few minutes it was time for set two and I was more careful to breath during set 2 n 3 instead of rushing though on one breath. No further problems. )

    starting strength coach development program
    TM ID @hc felt tired and worn down all day but had an ok workout
    BP 3,3@310 wanted a five but failed on 4th rep (2 triples a PB for HC?)
    SQ 3x3@180 dynamic (as in with a jump at top)
    DL 4,1@360 wanted a five but failed on 5th rep when I swayed too far forward as i got it off the ground (4 reps a PB for HC definitely)
