    Thursday - didn't make my usual Wednesday as it was Halloween and i had to pass out candy:
    1 - Overhead Presses:
    5x3@165#(a bit much, probably should have done to 155 but i got em all - though they were ugly)
    2 - bench press for reps - volume
    16x1@225 needed help on 16, used to get 20 reps but haven't been doing this for a couple months though
    3 - lying triceps extensions :
    4X1@155# then 5x2@135# 155 was a bit much, try 145 next week
    4 - Seated dumbbell curls:
    5x3@50#

    Tonight's Friday workout:
    1-Squats 5x3@275#
    2-Deadlifts 5x1@295#
    no accessory work tonight, not getting much of that stuff done for 2 weeks now. might get to the gym tomorrow to do some.

    Monday Workout:
    1-Bench Press 5x3or4(not sure, got distracted)@300# but then i took a 10 minute rest and came back and failed on my first rep. So tonight sucked for bench. Not having my usual spotter usually results in problems.
    2-Squats 5x3@275#
    No accessories again tonight - never seem to have time anymore.

    Wednesday and Friday's non-log log:
    Was feeling really worn down for wednesday's workout so I took the night off, then on friday I thought may as well make it a good rest and take the rest of the week off and so skipped friday too. Back at er Monday night.

    Mondays new routine log:
    started the SS novice program today just fer shits n giggles.
    BP 3x5@290 , friday back to 300
    SQ 3x5@255 , +10 per day this week so back to 275 friday
    DL 1x5@275, +10 per day this week so back to 295 friday

    took some weight off to make sure i had at least some room to make linear progress even if its just getting back to where I was a week ago, of course i doubt i'll get too much out of the novice program but spending whats left of the year on it can't be too big a waste and maybe i'll learn something on the way.

    F it, I wanna belt.

    got a new everlast cheapo belt , only 2 inches in front , 4 in back. maybe in a few months I'll get a better belt if i make some progress. Seemed ok but already i can see why they should be 4 inches all around.

    BP 3x5@300

    back to old weights of about 2 weeks ago and the workout was felt easy, I was surprised how easy the workout felt as the last 3 workouts if felt hard. Some of the reps were slow and I wasn't always pushing the bar very fast but I didn't feel at the end of the workout that I was exhausted or worn down. now to see if i can continue to add weight each day next week.
