    BP 2x3@315 had help on second set, seems I lost a lot of strength in two months of not really working bench and doing Oly
    TBR 3x5@135
    OHP 2x2, 2x1@185 ditto
    CH 3x~10@175 took it easy as my shoulder still not feeling tough
    FSQ 2x5@95 just to get stretched down into clean squat position

    Cl up to 165#

    Sn to 60kg
    SnPl to 90kg
    Cl to 60kg kept rolling bar off fingers after cleaning it easily so had to go back down to 40kg (maybe from being tired from all the resent Cls

    Cl to 190#, many reps but the 190 was just a PC after a few fails to Full Clean it.

    OHP 4x1@205# - pulled my left CALF muscle on rep three. I think i might have even heard it blow. How the hell does that happen?
