C&J to 80kg also ugly reps
FSQ to 115kg, on 3rd rep of 3x2 I had a neck cramp and dropped the bar, then felt a back twinge when I went to clean the bar and so stopped the squats

so about two months in and basically 0 increase in all lifts as far as I can tell. maybe a small increase due to a slight increase in proficiency in the Oly lifts but that is all. I definitely feel like I'm getting weaker. Won't keep this up much longer unless a breakthrough of some kind happens.
