ShoulderFlys (SF) use dumbbells, stand, arche upper back to face pecs up, then move dumbells up and down like doing flys, then move them from shoulder horizontally out to arms length. did up to 35 pounders for a few reps each.

tomorrow I will try to get there to do shoulders, maybe even in the morning as will need to get a few morning workouts in over the season.
