    BP 3x5@325 PR! no sppotter, bar moved well, no super grinders
    DL 4,2@400
    ShoulderFlys (SF) use dumbbells, stand, arche upper back to face pecs up, then move dumbells up and down like doing flys, then move them from shoulder horizontally out to arms length. did up to 35 pounders for a few reps each.

    LBBS 2x5@355 year PR, haven't done this much for 2 sets of 5 for over a year and a half (march 15 2014 21 months ago)
    OHP 3x5@135 took it easy on shoulder

    DL 3x2@405 the small plates were in use so i just went up to 405, felt a little tired so I wasn't going to get 5@400 tonight anyway
    TBR 3x5@135 ripped a juicy one in warm-ups, i think the girls nearby overheard, damn

    LBBS 2,8(or 7)x1@365 knew i wasn't getting 2x5@360 and didn't want to other with the tiny plates so just went to 365
    tomorrow I will try to get there to do shoulders, maybe even in the morning as will need to get a few morning workouts in over the season.
