TBRs just very light to loosen the traps which have been very tight since monday morning, It think it was sundays LBBS done with palms mostly under the bar - I was probably pushing up too much with my hands

DL 3,2@405 lower back did not like that
TP,HP to 220 don't go as high on the HPs of course,
TBR 3x8@90 took it easy
DBL,RFL to 25 (start at 5 for rev flys, 10 for laterals, increment rev flys by 2.5 pounds and laterals by 5, go up to maybe 15 for rev flys 20 or 25 for laterals
SF to 45

@RG low back hurt since tuesday morn but felt better by the end of my shift today so...
LBBS 3x3,1@365 if i had a spotter i woulda gone for 5 but i after 3 reps i felt ok but seen i was a bit wobbly in the mirror so played it safe - i think i had at least a 5 in me
OHP 2x2,6x1@230 then failed on a rep so went down to 185 for 2x5 to get the volume in. the various presses are starting to give a bit of tendinitis in the right shoulder and elbow, but this may be my last heavy workout till PR day in January 9 or 10 or 11. we'll see if i got any fire in the belly Saturday.

Inclined cable flys(ICF) done with cable height just above chest done to pull cables as far across chest as possible criss crossing, pulling shoulders in front of chest.

friday night @RG
OHP to 225 felt good
BP to 345 a bit bad form, does not bode well for sunday
LBBS to 365 still hard to do, breaking 405 will be tough
DL to 405, did not feel too bad but 455 may be a stretch

@RG attemped PR day big fail
OHP almost got a 265 in but lost balance near top. tried a couple more times but i couldn't budge it then did a consolation rep with 255. videos up on youtube channel soon.
BP 325 warmup then tried 375 and failed miserably so stopped BP
LBBS warm up with a mere 315 felt very heavy so today is not the day for PRs. stopped.
