BP 2x3@315 had help on second set, seems I lost a lot of strength in two months of not really working bench and doing Oly

CH 3x~10@175 took it easy as my shoulder still not feeling tough
FSQ 2x5@95 just to get stretched down into clean squat position

Cl to 60kg kept rolling bar off fingers after cleaning it easily so had to go back down to 40kg (maybe from being tired from all the resent Cls
