DL 1@405 tried 455 failed to budge one first try, got it a few inches off the ground next try.

OHP 5,5,10@185 probably should have used a lower weight to move the bar faster. will do 185 again next week then go up 5 per week to 205
light DLs @ 185 back didn't feel good so stopped there
