made all my targets, best workout in a long time, probably owe it to the fact that i slacked off on my yoga/gymnastics workouts a bit over the last couple weeks and went off my diet too often over the same time.

BP @312 2, @292 1,1 @272 5,5,2,5,4 (last two sets ai had a spotter, you can see how much it helps mainly due to the help with lift off)
SQ skipped, felt weak and lazy
DL 315 5 singles they felt way harder than they shoulda

Wednesday at new river grove
BP 1 rep @ 335, then failed at 355 and had some help at 345 - not sure i woulda got it alone.
sarted doing some squats and while warming up after 45, 135 and 225 at 275 I pulled a muscle in my right thigh - an adductor or gracilis i guess.
