My October Iron Fest results in pounds:
Squat 365, 385, 405 a PR
Over Head Press 225, 250(fail), 240
Deadlift 375, 405, 425 (fail)
(glad they let me go back down in weight for the press, not sure it's supposed to be allowed in powerlifting meets generally)
Weighed in at about 244 (I'm still carrying about 70 pounds of butter).
Tied for first in the squat and got the highest press. Totaled 1050.

BP 1@365 (new PR video) then about 14 spotter assisted reps @ 315 (sets 5,3,2,4)
T-Bar rows 4 sets various weight from 95-140 , preferring light weight to get full ROM
